Publishing and Editorial Administration

The journal's editorial management is conducted through OJS. The publisher maintains governance, operational resources, and institutional accountability, while authorized editors control academic decisions in accordance with published journal policies. JMS does not guarantee that a submission from its publisher's institution will be accepted. Editors with conflicting interests must delegate handling to an independent editor.

Communication and Charges

The official Contact page lists institutional contact information. A dedicated and active editorial email should be added there before the final policy package is made public. According to the publisher's 2026 indexing documentation, JMS charges neither APCs nor other mandatory author publication fees.

Transparency

This page describes institutional ownership, not accreditation or inclusion in an indexing service. JMS must not claim SINTA accreditation, DOAJ acceptance, or Index Copernicus inclusion without a corresponding official decision and publicly verifiable journal listing.
