Environmental health conditions in the coastal area of Sukadiri Village require serious attention regarding sanitation, waste management, and access to clean water, which directly impact the residents' quality of life. This community service activity aims to increase public awareness and understanding of disease prevention practices through proper environmental management, while also commemorating the 78th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence. The implementation methods included a preliminary survey, educational socialization through interactive lectures, group discussions, and the provision of free health services such as consultations and treatments. The results indicated an improvement in the scientific knowledge of the Sukadiri Village community regarding preventive health, reflected by the active participation of 25 residents in discussion sessions and medical check-ups. The conclusion of this program emphasizes that collaboration between academics and local communities is effective in encouraging resident independence in managing their environmental health sustainably to reduce the risk of environment-related diseases.
