About the Journal

Journal Marine Inside (EJMI) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Politeknik Pelayaran Banten (Banten Merchant Marine Polytechnic), Indonesia, since 2019. The journal serves as an academic platform for disseminating original research, scientific developments, and technological innovations in maritime science, engineering, and education.

EJMI covers a broad range of maritime disciplines, including nautical science, marine engineering, ship machinery, maritime electrical and electronic systems, marine transportation management, port operations, maritime logistics, marine environmental protection, shipping safety, and maritime education.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, case studies, and other scholarly contributions that advance scientific knowledge, improve maritime practices, and support the sustainable development of the maritime sector.

EJMI applies a double-blind peer-review process and is committed to academic integrity, editorial independence, publication ethics, and the dissemination of high-quality scientific research. All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide.

The journal is published twice a year, in June and December, and welcomes contributions from researchers, academics, maritime professionals, and practitioners from Indonesia and other countries.
