Optimalisasi Penerapan Aplikasi Venus Dalam Proses Crew Change pada Divisi Pengawakan di PT Pertamina International Shipping

https://doi.org/10.62391/ejmi.v7i2.149This study aims to analyze and optimize the implementation of the venus application in the crew change process within the crewing division of PT Pertamina International Shipping. The crew change process is a critical component of the company's operations, requiring effective management and coordination. The venus application is expected to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management as well as expedite administrative procedures. The study results indicate that the venus application improves the performance of the crew change process by reducing processing time and data errors. However, several technical challenges need to be addressed. Based on these findings, it is concluded that optimizing the use of the venus application has the potential to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the crew change process in the crewing division of PT Pertamina International Shipping. Recommendations include enhancing user training and developing application features to better support operational processes.
