Export activities require accurate and compliant customs data to ensure smooth and lawful shipment processes. One of the key documents in export operations is the Export Notification of Goods (PEB), which obliges exporters to provide precise container data. In practice, discrepancies in container information frequently occur, making container correction notes necessary through systems provided by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. This study aims to evaluate the process of container data correction notes in PEB documents through the PEB Module version 6.0.11 and the Service User Portal at PT Jaya Plus Logistics. A qualitative research method was employed using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the container data correction process through both systems has generally complied with applicable customs regulations; however, several operational constraints remain, including delays in obtaining container numbers, incorrect container selection at depots, and errors in data entry. These issues may affect the efficiency of export operations and the accuracy of PEB data. Therefore, improved coordination among freight forwarders, exporters, and container depots, along with enhanced data verification procedures, is essential to reduce the occurrence of container correction notes in export activities.
