Journal Marine Inside (EJMI) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal in nautical studies, ship machinery, marine transportation management, ports, marine environmental pollution, shipping safety, and maritime education. Banten Merchant Marine Polytechnic publishes EJMI.

Currently, EJMI is being accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. EJMI has been a CrossRef Member since 2019 with the prefix 10.56943/ejmi. In Volume 5, Number 1 of 2023, EJMI changed the DOI prefix to 10.62391/ejmi. EJMI publishes issues twice a year, namely in June and December. The first print version and online version of EJMI were published in 2019. EJMI has P-ISSN: 2716-2656 (print version) and E-ISSN: 2985-9638 (online version).

The Editorial Board has made several changes to the article template to improve the quality of articles. These changes will make articles easier to read, reference, or cite. The new template will be effectively implemented in Vol. 5, No. 2, 2023.

We receive submissions from lecturers and practitioners in the marine field. Our Editorial Board members are active researchers in the maritime field who ensure an efficient, fair, and constructive peer review process. All articles will be free to all readers with worldwide visibility and coverage.
